Refund policy

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We do have one exception to the 14 day return policy during the months of Nov/December if purchased for a Christmas gift.  You will have 14 days after Christmas to return it for an exchange only.  No refunds/exchanges will be allowed past the 14 days 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number for proof of purchase.

Please include your order # and a message in the package as to what you would like us to do with your returned item.  Once we receive the item back it will be inspected.  If your return is approved, we will process the item/items for either an exchange or refund based on your request.  

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges will be responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to your location.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded your original payment amount minus shipping cost within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Approved refunds will not be reimbursed for any shipping fees!  Only the cost of the item ordered will be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
